Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RewardingHub Business platform operated by RewardingHub ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

2. Publisher Terms

As a publisher, you agree to: integrate the SDK according to our documentation, not manipulate or artificially inflate offer completions, comply with all applicable app store policies, and maintain accurate virtual currency exchange rates. Revenue share is 70% of net advertiser spend. Payouts are processed on a NET-30 basis with a minimum threshold of $50.

3. Advertiser Terms

As an advertiser, you agree to: provide accurate campaign details and creative assets, comply with all applicable advertising regulations, pay for all valid conversions as defined by your campaign settings, and not promote apps that violate app store policies or applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Generating fraudulent clicks, installs, or conversions
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the SDK or platform
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Distributing malware or engaging in phishing
  • Misrepresenting your app, company, or traffic sources

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by RewardingHub. You may not use our branding without written permission. The SDK is licensed, not sold — see the SDK license agreement for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

RewardingHub provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to or by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, outstanding balances will be paid according to standard payment terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
